What about Ashnard? he rides a huge black dragon. and has a big-ass sword. Controls a whole army. he torured beast-humans. Kills without remorse. and has an epic battle theme.

Also, Meta-Knight is more of an Anti-Hero, he never really does anything that evil, he's just Kirby's rival.
Kind of like MegaMan and Bass.
