Not being able to record from Stereo Mix is common with Microsoft-brand sound cards. Common cards like Creative SoundBlaster and Realtek (mine) work well for recording.

Is there a PowerPC version of AMS? If so, then I request that it be made.

For the note stopping thing, maybe you should have a bar like the volume control. This looks awesome.

I have an idea. How about function that lets you set the duration of the notes to be longer or shorter, maby to replace the note stoppers mentioned above. That would make slow songs so much easier to do.

That would make slow songs so much easier to do. Well, every note has a maximum length which is the length of the WAVE sample in the soundfont. So I thought, the only thing we need is a feature to shorten the length of notes, and the stoppers are a quite easy way for implementing this. I can't make notes longer than the samples are without using a much more complex music output implementation. This would destroy much of Mario Paint's simplicism anyway, and I somehow want the AMS to stay simple.

I'd like more of a response from the keyboard. I like the Ctrl for flats and Shift for sharps, but could you add a function that scrolls left or right with the arrow keys?

That already exists in Mario Paint Composer, and is going to be implemented in AMS
