hello im trying to import a midi file into mario paint composer and its not letting me open the explorer, and every time i attempt it i get a script error and it asks me to continue, yes or no. when i click yes, the existing composition is simply erased, and if i hit no, the program closes. im not sure exactly what to do to fix this problem so please let me know what may be causing this as well as a solution that will resolve this issue. all help is greatly appreciated

Silly, Mario Paint Composer cannot import MIDIs. the mac version seems to be able to. how come the windows version does not support midi import? what file types can be imported to mario paint if there is no midi support for windows? cant i just convert the midi file i have on hand to a format that is supported by the windows version of mario paint?

Mario Paint Composer uses .txt (text) files. I just don't understand how a MIDI song can be coverted to Mario Paint Composer text.. especially considering its note, instrument, volume, and polyphony limits.
