Actually no, don't ask for the text files. You won't get them and you'll look like a complete idiot.
And to answer your question, MK64's Rainbow Road is probably the most done Mario Paint song ever, besides Tetris. There are at least six versions of it. And none of them will give you text files.
EDIT: Sorry, there are songs like Song of Storms and a whole other bunch which have been done >20 times

The insane piano song before the battle, which was approximately 9001 times better than the music that played during the battle? It would be kinda of pointless to put it in the piano soundfont, since it would wind up sounding exactly the same, but maybe another one.
Actually no, it would probably sound better with the piano soundfont.
Anyway, this is an awesome song and deserves to be done.
