Most of us have complained (I for one, to some degree), "Oh, it's the same thing: battle songs, route themes, blah blah blah. Pokemon music is getting old." OH YEAH? WELL I'LL TAKE YOU BACK A FEW YEARS AND LET YOU LISTEN TO THESE MASTERPIECES. This game is much better than the first TCG game (for those of you who have played it, definitely worth getting a rom and patch for), and the music is absolutely fantastic. Too bad it was only released in Japan, so it's left in that sad corner named obscurity. You people who have browsed TCG's OST or who have played it know it's pretty darn great. This one's a giant upgrade. You talk about a sequel being better than its predecessor, this is the epitome of what you're talking about. This game has the best OST of any Pokemon game. Period. You want battle themes? I have battle themes. Oh, you like overworld themes? Got you covered. Some nice, ambient location theme? Yup. Oh, an epic final battle theme? Yes, I have those too. Ah, how about we end with a nice ending theme, no? Bah, I'll let you search the OST for yourself. A ton of these songs need to be done in MPC, and this should refresh your mind from the rather monotonous pokemon music "evolution" (no pun intended). www.youtube.com/user/Wolf4knowledge#grid/user/228A45EB1AA75A88

I like the music in the first TCG better than in the second, honestly. I love the soundtrack in both games as a whole, but nothing could ever top Grass / Lightning Clubs or the normal battle theme (which technically is in the sequel too, but whatever ) There needs to be a third TCG, though. :<
