So I'm using an edited version of the shy guys in AMS. Long story short, they don't stop when a different note comes up (You know, like the coins and boos). Then I realized that no edited instrument I have has stopped at the next note.
Is this a problem only for me? Is there any way to solve this?

I noticed that when I was recording for BlutoCash - I had to add in mutes to stop the extending notes

What you guys are describing sounds like the sustain feature where you hold shift and click the instrument icon to outline it in green. Only it sounds like you aren't doing that, yet it's happening anyway. That does not happen to me. FordPrefect?!

Notes by default stop when another note of the same instrument comes up. This can be disabled by shift-click the instrument. It's not intended for any note to stop when a note of a different instrument comes up.
However, mute notes should work. Did you make sure you have the same note position as the note that should be stopped (including sharps / flats)?

I've never had this problem in AMS. It's probably something you guys are doing, since mine works fine.
