I use Advanced Mario Sequencer on Mac for this program. I know you're supposed to Press "SHIFT" to get a Sharp and "Control" get a Flat. But when I tired this, it DIDN'T WORK! I already had to reinstall the damn thing because it kept shutting down on me and now the sharps and flats don't work!

When I press Shift, NOTHING HAPPENS! When I press control, it ERASES notes! Will someone please tell me how to FORCE this thing to work before I delete from my computer permanently!?
