As you all know, there are nineteen different instruments to choose from in Mario Paint Composer, but it becomes the time I ask you all this question: Which one of the instruments is the best? You can only pick one. When do you think I should close the poll?

It's kind of hard to pick a best instrument, but I'll go with the car. You can hold it out alright and it sounds pretty good for a variety of things from background to vocals.

I myself pick the car. It's a long instrument, which easily helps out on duration. The yoshi, pig, baby face and star are useless to me. The car, heart and plane are common for me.

Picked the plane because it can be used in many songs and is personally my favorite. The car would be my next pick as you can drag out notes with ease.

my favorite is the pihranna plant, mostly cuz it sounds like an electric guitar, and can make for a lot of different hardcore sounds. and for me, the baby face, yoshi, pig, cat, coin and boo have virtually no use

If i need to say, 1st place: Gameboy. you can use it for vocals, background or electric guitar, 2nd place: Car. Can Almost be used for vocals or background, but is not too good at electric guitar. 3rd place: Plane. Is an acoustic guitar who can be a banjo, and is too useful for vocals. 4th place: Heart. Very useful, it works for: acoustic, fretless, picked, fingered, electric or slap bass. 5th place: Flowers i think, they are good for vocals and trumpets. 6th place i give it to Piranha plant. Sounds like a better electric guitar than Gameboy. But is not useful at vocals like mushrooms and boats.

Absolutely every instrument can be made absolutely useful. I feel a litle bit guilty when I finish a song without using all the instruments.
My favorite is the heart.

Oh boy, this is a tough one... Uh... gimme a moment to think here...
Probably the heart because Rehd says I'm really good at replicating basslines in MPC and Josh says I should've been a bass player. 2nd fave would be the Gameboy because I love how versatile it is.

Mine is the plane because it sounds like a harpsichord. I like harpsichords.

The piranha plant is awesome! Great for making hard rock mario paint compositions.

Tough choice, but if I had to choose, it would be the heart due to its importance :-P The heart is the go-to instrument for any basslines or low parts, which are basically in every song, making using it almost a requirement.

I'd have to go with the gameboy due to it's smoothness in holding out notes and the fact it's volume makes it a dominating melody sound.
...Not that I have much Original SF experience. =P
