I was called by them again today, so I decided to answer it this time. Turns out it was my phone company. Apparently, because I don't make any long distance calls, they gave me the option to reduce my phone bill by giving me a different long distance plan. My phone bill will now be reduced by about $13 every month now.

Boy, I was glad that I was here to answer the phone this time!
