I believe Crush 40 performed the main theme for Sonic Heroes. If I'm not mistaken, they also did What I'm Made Of, the song that plays while fighting Metal Overlord.

it was either Crush 40 or Zerbahead idk which I don't think Zebrahead got the starring role for Sonic game main themes until Sonic 06. Crush 40 was, like, the go-to band for the Sonic Adventure era. |

Crush 40, they also did a lot of the themes from Sonic adventure 1 & 2. Zerbahead did the "In his World" cover for sonic '06.
