Should I get Street Fighter IV or Super Street Fighter IV? I can't decide.

I know SSF4 isn't out quite yet, so I'm trying to decide in advance.
I would get it for 360 because I don't have a PS3. SSF4 supposedly has "a far more developed online mode compared to the original version" but I don't have Live unfortunately which makes that not mean anything to me.

Also the price. SSF4 will be more expensive than SF4 by at least 10 dollars, so I don't know which would be more worth the money.
I don't know everything about them so I could use some more comparisons between the two.
