Severing the Chains of Fate from trauma center UTk2 is something eberyone gotta hear^^
But the normal menu and the breifing theme from Trauma Center second Opinion is also kinda good.
Rebel Against Destiny from Tales of Destiny is cool.
Crying World from Ristar is really good.
Wilderness of Sadness from ToS2 is good too.

Resident Evil 2: Ada's Death A Scenario (it kicks in at about 0:35 and starts TOTAL PWNAGE at 0:55)
Sonic Adventure 2: Rumbling HWY (Tails' Misson Street level)- So cool, calming. It's on my iPod, and lord do I listen to it regularly.
Metal Gear Solid: Gray Fox Struggle/Metal Gear Battle 2/Final Escape
Truly epic, this song captures the mood of a man who must fight for his life, watch his former comrade and recent hero die infront of his eyes, and kill his twisted brother who is piloting a giant, nuclear, walking death-mobile. EPIC!
