I've decided that I want my own personalized soundfont. Something that contains all of my favorite instruments from every soundfont. This monstrosity:

Mario Head - Piano (Symphony)
Mushroom - Timpani (Symphony)
Yoshi - Flute (Real)
Star - Music Box (Real)
Flower - Trumpet (Orchestra)
Game Boy - Square Wave (Orchestra)
Dog - Trombone (Orchestra)
Cat - Topical Sounding Thingy (Real)
Pig - Electric Guitar (Real)
Swan - Orchestra Hit (Real)
Face - Brass Section (Symphony)
Plane - Acoustic Guitar (Real)
Boat - Drumset (Symphony)
Car - Organ (Original)
Heart - Bass (Orchestra)
Pirahna - Saxaphone (Real)
Coin - Pizzicato (Symphony)
Shy Guy - Strings (Symphony)
Boo - Harp (Real)

The only problem is, I dunno how to make my own

Is there anybody that would be willing to mix instruments for me? No extra effects needed, just the specific instrument from each soundfont. Also, I'm not in any rush to get this, so take your time.

Anyhoo, you're quite welcome eataninja. Anytime. Mixing soundfonts is actually EXTREMELY easy to get used to. It's literally copy, cut, paste in Viena.
