Well, since admins are now in charge, that means I won't be able to lock posts or set up polls anymore after today, so I'll leave the weekly challenge to one of the admins if they wish to continue this further and re-invent it at their own discretion. I do wish this will still be a fun way of showcasing some friendly competition between composers to see who's got better skills at soundfonts, dickspeed, original compositions, etc. So whatever you guys want to do, it's up to you .

I anticipated that, Winterbourne. You still have the mod access because of your operational duties.

I'd like to reiterate that argument from week 14. I'd like to see that composers arrangers musicians PAINTERS are judged on their overall skill, as it was in the tournament, rather then individual songs. Of course keeping the single poll for people vote in as it normally is. I think that they should be matched better, but I think the pair-nominating is way too much.
This is thinking a bit further down the road, but the actual tourney as it is, is rather a burden to participate in, and therefore, there was less of a turnout. In my experience, it took a great deal of effort to research everyone and make good decisions. A general streamlining I guess is what I want, but I have no ideas on how that would be accomplished. However, I think just having less people in each one will greatly help.
Other than that, it's good! Let's get this freight train rolling!

Well, I was thinking of structuring each week as a themed type of match-up. Original compositions, specific video game compositions, soundfont usage, original soundfont usage, tempo control, SNES MP usage, etc.
We can forgo tournaments and just make it a weekly challenge as this section so eloquently puts it.
FYI: You got the devil's cookie ;D.
