Okay, so with the permission of Levi, I can now make a Brawl Tourney. Please, I don't want any arguing and such in this topic. So, the rules.
General rules:
* 6 Stock
*No timer
* Items are set to "off" and "none"
* All sets with the exception of winner's finals, loser's finals, and the championship are best of 3 matches (best of 5 and above should be played out for any "finals" matches)
* No player may choose a stage they have already won on in that set unless agreed upon by both players.
* If the timer runs out, the victor is determined first by stock and then by percentage.
* Metaknight's Infinite Cape glitch is banned.
* If a game ends with Bowser doing his suicide klaw and it ends in sudden death, the sudden death will be ignored and that game will count as a win for Bowser.
* Any action that can prevent the game from continuing (i.e., freezing, disappearing characters, game reset, etc.) will result in a forfeit of that match for the player that initiated the action. You are responsible for knowing your own character, and must be wary about accidentally triggering one of these effects.
* No hacked version of Brawl used (if the game is hacked but it's capabilities are null it is fine).
* No vulgar taunts.
* Stalling is banned.
* There must be a 3rd person player in each match to watch what happens. This person will join the match and immediately suicide. This person is to act as a ghost in a way. Any action related with this player will cause either a restart of the match or a forfeit depending on the situation.
Stalling: The act of deliberately avoiding any and all conflict so that one may make the game unplayable. Running away from an opponent to reach a better position is not stalling, while doing an infinite grab endlessly against a wall is. Any infinite chain grabs must end quickly after 300% has been reached so as to prevent excessive stalling. Avoiding the other player to clock out the time is considered stalling. The 3rd person is responsible for deciding if a player is purposefully stalling and if they are doing it to an excessive amount. If stalling occurs the match is forfeited. The stalling rule does not affect sudden death.
Set format (In Order of Procedure):
1. Both players agree on the stage they will play on before the match.
2. One person hosts the match. The other 2 people join. Characters are selected and each player chooses the stage that was agreed upon before the match.
3. The match is played through (take note of the 3rd player and his/her purpose).
5. The loser of the previous match announces the next match's stage from either the Starter Stage List or the Counter Stage List
6. The winner of the previous match chooses their character
7. The loser of the previous match chooses their character
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for all proceeding matches
9. The winner of the majority of the matches wins the set.

The third person watching the match will be...well...I dunno, ask someone to watch your match. For every round, you will have to finish your match by a certain date. If you find it hard to reach your opponent, PM me ad I'll try to take care of it, and if your opponent does not reply, he/she will be eliminated.
I'll seperate the brackets by Country and Time Zone.
Anyways, sign away.
I'll sign up when I get my new Friend code. Ugh, my bro, deleted my file. He's autistic.
I need to get My main, Toon Link, or else I'm stuck with a Diddy/Fox combo. Lol.
Okay, so far we have:
LordGulcasa(me)
Savvn
Levi
Balloon
KM
Espeon
Younegai
El Muppo
I guess that's fine, considering the number of people on this forum, so sign-ups end July 15th.
