Write a review of a VGM, section by section.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
0:00 - 0:01 - Nice intro there. It's so sudden, it's cool. It can still be improved though, it comes in at the middle of a note (please forgive me if that was just YT glitching). 8/10
0:02 - 0:15 - Very nice for the (IMO) most memorable part of the song. It really fits the "ice" theme. (songs that are for ice levels are very happy, slow, or very depressing. This segment goes in the "happy section".) Also, I absolutely love the electronic instruments and bass in the background. I also like the subtle percussion. I don't think much can be improved in this segment. 9.5/10
0:16 - 0:30 - Ah, now for the first "slow" part of the song. Not too much to say here, except that I like the trumpets and the bass. Also love the subtle squares. Very, very nice. 9.5/10
0:30-0:36 - It's a filler part, yet a nice filler part. I think this part should have been a bit shorter. 7/10
0:37- 0:51 - This is a very nice part, my favorite part of the song. It's a nice relatively slow part where the background squares/bass are a little faster. Very nice indeed. 9.5/10
0:51 - 1:12 - The second part of the slow part. Here I'm putting it as a different section because they add a new instrument, a very subtle one. Nice, but could have been a bit shorter. 8/10
After that, it just loops twice more.
Overall: 8.6/10
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can pick any VGM of your choice, as long as you can write a decent review of each phrase.

0:00-0:09: Strange intro, though not entirely unfitting. It gives a mysterious "past" feeling. 0:10-0:16: Good drums. This theme sets up a good beat for the rest of the song. 0:17-0:33: This sets up the mood for the rest of the song, and happens to be the catchiest part of the song in my opinion. Sounds slightly bouncy. 0:34-0:49: This seems to give a slight "speedway" feeling, though it's in the style of old 8-bit games. 0:50-1:22: This is also another catchy part of the song, and gives a good feeling of "cruising" and such. 1:22-2:44: (this is a repeat of 0:17-1:22)

Well....
0:00 - 0:09 - A great intro. I love the guitar! 0:10 - 0:25 - Nice slow part of the song. Great guitar, bass, what else can I say? 0:26 - 0:40 - I love how it's almost the same as 0:10 - 0:25, but louder 0:41 - 1:04 - Oh, my favorite part of the song. Guitar, Infinity Mijinion Trumpets, what else to say? Great choice of notes as well After that - LOOP
Perfect song overall

Wow, that's a brillant idea! My lack of knowledge in musical instruments and terms will show here, but whatever...
This is one of my absolute favorites, so I think I might be biaised...
0:00 - 0:01 : Very very short, but those drum rolls do a great job to introduce the peacefull ambience of the song.
0:01 - 0:15 : Sighly contrasting duet with a main *cloaking* instrument who add some beat and catchyness with his bouncy rythmn, yet contribute with his sighly echoeing sound to represent the immensity of the clouds and the sky. It is sighly discrete to let the place to the more atmospheric *background* chords who make the song more relaxing.
0:16 - 0:30 : The flute here is absolutely wonderfull : its melody is very catchy and beautiful and its rythmn got a nice relaxing flow while having some interesting rythmic sections such as 0:21. The chords discretly, but effectively support it and continue their atmospheric role.
0:31 - 0:45 : This is the best part of the song for me personally. The piano boost up the catchyness of the song with fast double notes that give another great echoe effect. The definite and stronger piano chords accompagny this main theme nicely to contribute to the increased intensity of this section.
Then, it starts over at 0:01 and loops continously.
Overall : The song do an excellant job recreating the peacefull/relaxing , yet exciting Rainbow Castle in the sky atmoshere. More than this, its really catchy and grow on you easily.
Personnal score - 9,5/10
My vocabulary is lame...

Oh and most VGM's that I will review will be given 8.6/10, even if it's one of my favorites. I'm not sure why they average out that way, but still....

inb4personasongfromjillsandwich 0:00 - 0:34 The intro is so smooth. Since most Jet Force Gemini songs start out with moving lines right off the bat, this catches you by surprise. It lets you realize that this level is certainly...different. 0:35 - 1:04 It starts picking up gradually and it becomes much more intense. The choir hits and the low strings make this song so, SO epic. 1:04 - 1:33 And we have our melody. It sounds like a sad song on its own, but all of the other bustling parts give it that intense touch. The key change midway through the melody seems like that part where you can take a breath, especially when the clarinet comes in for it. 1:33 - 1:57 UNBELIEVABLY EPIC. Those brass hits are a signature move of sorts in the Jet Force Gemini soundtrack. ...I really can't find words to describe it. It's an nothing less than an extremely intense song. 1:57 - 2:41 It's giving you that "you can relax now" feeling. Those screeching effects are sort of that warning that you aren't gonna be safe forever. 2:41 - 2:49 It's a modestly played version of the beginning. Much less epic, but nonetheless epic...if that makes sense. >.> 2:49 - 3:05 It's calming back down again. Bringing everything down a notch... 3:05 - 4:01 Now for those ominous chords from the beginning. They gradually change and change until it finally loops perfectly without you even noticing unless you're paying close attention. It doesn't do so in this video, unfortunately. There's not a single thing wrong with this song. It's epic to listen to in and out of the game. 10/10 Bravo, Beanland.

inb4personasongfromjillsandwich Js said he can't review and reviewing by phrases would kill him. We will never see a review of a persona song here.
