Rules: Nominated competitors can choose either their best song or any song in their arsenal. Once songs have been chosen, a poll will be set up for voting with results shown after each person has voted. People (including the competitors) have 5 nomination points to spend on whomever they want to see battle it out in the next round. In case a competitor isn't a frequent user (ie: doesn't post on the boards), people can nominate a song of theirs and I will determine the final choice as their competition entry.

Well, since LoloGuru uses the original soundfont, I suppose I should as well, just to keep things a bit more even. Guru was supreme about a year ago, and was one of the first composers to use the true range of dynamics Mario Paint Composer offered. My composing style is pretty similar to his, actually. If he was still around today, he'd probably be one of the best composers.

Here's my video for the competition: Oil Drum Alley using the MPC 2.0 original soundfont.

Green Brinstar sounded a lot better than Hyrule Castle, it felt more complete as a piece goes, so I went with that one. It's also one of my favourites on my channel, so this will be a tough call to make, both are very good compositions in their own right.
