My brother's gonna get it for his b-day... And my parents NEVER let us have dual copies of a game... and my Diamond version gave out on me...

I'm surely to going to give it a try AFTER I beat Diamond. I got Diamond last Christmas and so far, I've lazily made my way past the 3rd gym leader.  At this rate, I'll have Platinum for Christmas this year. |

Surprisingly (to me, especially), I don't have much interest in it :/

Honestly not too interested. I already have both Pearl and Diamond, and if I had the extra money, sure, but, I think I'll just save the money since there's not too many differences. I'd rather wait for a G/S/C remake or a 5th generation.
