Are you a video games collectionist? well, let´s share and discuss our collection.
Here is my consoles collection so far
Consoles: ------------ 2 Atari 2600 1 Atari XE 4 NES 1 Sega Master system 2 Sega Genesis 3 SNES (1 is broken) 1 Philips CDi (broken) 1 N64 1 Playstation 1 Sega Dreamcast 1 Playstation 2 1 Gamecube 1 Wii 1 Gameboy brick 1 Gameboy pocket 1 Sega Game Gear 1 Gameboy advance 1 Gameboy Advance SP 2 Nintendo DS lite
As for the games and accessories I own, I´m too lazy right now to make a list, they are a lot, but I will make one eventually.
Yesterday I bought a dreamcast for only 20 dollars, with 3 controllers, 1 memory card, 1 rumble pack and 2 (crappy) games. I also saw a virtual boy for 35 dollars, too bad I had no money left, hopefully I´ll find it next week

The Dreamcast was such a great Console! One of my friends and I still sometimes unplug the Wii, replug the Dreamcast and play Worms or Sonic Adventure.
As for being a collector -- well, that's not me, but I have a lot of respect for the hobby, and it's easy to marvel at an impressive collection.

I never had the chance to play the Dreamcast til now, it was very expensive and hard to find when it was released here in Mexico, any good games for Dreamcast beginners? I play more old-school games than new ones, the consoles I use the most are the NES, SNES and N64, I´m a sucker for reliving childhood memories once in a while DS (3) (Yeah...3 lol) Not listing games, TOO many.

Sonic Adventure and its sequel are excellent. The Worms game I have is World Party -- it's easily the best one I've played, much better than the terrible one on the Wii. I'm also prone to play Bust A Move 4 and Chu Chu Rocket -- both are puzzle games. Sonic Shuffle is a lot of fun, similar to Mario Party (some call it a knock-off of Mario Party), but I think it's unique and I like what they've done with it. It can be really frustrating at times though. I have a couple games based on movies that are actually pretty decent -- Spiderman, The Grinch, and Chicken Run. The last one's my favorite of the three.
But definitely get Crazy Taxi (and Crazy Taxi 2) if you can. (It's in actual arcades, but unfortunately very few have it anymore.) I've played that to the point of an obsession like people had over Pacman, Tetris, or Asteroids -- to have an exact route for the people to pick up, know how long it would take me on average, and all the tricks one can do with the cab. My highest total ever was $54,500.60. To get a Class B License is $3,000. Class S is $5,000. Mine's Class Crazy! The neat part about both games is that they feature music by The Offspring. Perfect to hear while driving!
