This idea had occured to me just now.
Since we have songs of the week and rate the composer, how about a battle of the composers time of thread?
Basically, we nominate two composers, and then take their best compositions and pit them against each other, then hold it to a vote with the winner declared at the end of the week. Friendly competition.
Or, those nominated could make a composition out of anything (original or based of something else), and then at the end of the first week, we hold a vote, and the best composer wins that round.
Anyone up for that?

I say it's a brilliant idea! Would the best compositions of each composer be decided by the host or through a vote? Because if it were to be decided by the host, not everyone may agree, but if it were to be voted on... well, there might be a bit much to vote on in every round. And while I like the second idea, it may sometimes be inconvenient for some composers to meet a sudden deadline like that... I mean, it's fine with rate the composer and such because the composer doesn't need to do anything within a set time frame (unless you're Heat... ), but in a competition like this, it could... ...Y'know what... I think I'm just being a bit too picky... ;D I'd like to see this happen.

Yeah! That's a brilliant idea! And totally original! Too bad I didn't think of that... oh say... four days ago... Since you know, if this would have been UNORIGINAL and STOLEN... it would totally have been not as cool.

Bluh???
Oh sh*t, I didn't even see that. Sorry 'bout that.
Would it be alright if I changed it around a bit so it's not so much copying the original idea?
