My computer comes with an input/output soundcard, but the speakers I have only come with the output jack. What that means is that I have sound coming out, but when it comes to recording MPCs, I need the "blue" cable, the input cable that no speakers I know of comes with.
I really need help on this on where to find a set of speakers that have BOTH the green and blue cables so that I can be able to record my own compositions.
I'm so annoyed with this, I need this for some upcoming projects I plan on making, and recording from a microphone doesn't give me the sound I need.

Do you have a headphone jack as well as a Microphone jack?
What I do on my laptop for any MPC or video I make is by getting a dual "out" jack (I have no idea what the real term is) and plugging it in in both the headphone and microphone jack, and then by using audio recording software (audacity, free sound recorder, etc.). Or just use Camstudio or any other screen recording software, and it should sync up the audio and video together.
I hope that helps some. :/

What I'd like to know is where can I find a set of speakers that have both the input (blue) and output (green) cables that you plug into the back of the computer? I don't even know where to begin to look through google, I'd need a good set of sources or a product that deals with those types of speakers, not the store brands you would find anywhere.
edit: I did try to record from the microphone, but the sound is VERY poor whenever I do that, it's not an option I want to use. Someone on Chatzy mentioned headphones, but even that didn't work when I tried it.
So as an off-topic question, how do you guys record your sound from your computer?
