I seem to have picked up a virus called, "Win32.brontok" by browsing some of the wrong sites. It hasn't taken it's toll yet but I have a feeling it will. The description says, "This is a worm that infects the victims' computers via malicious websites. It then sends itself to all the e-mails on the infected computer". I've been lucky with viruses and have only had minor infections before, but I'm already starting to lose control of some of the programs on my computer (all three of my browsers are down [I'm using an iPod Touch right now], Microsoft Office got corrupted and I can't re-install it), so if anyone has any useful information or advice on how to stop the infection please post or PM me. Thanks ^^ Just for reference, here are some of my computer statistics; Anti-Virus Software: Avast (It became corrupted shortly after the infection started >.<) OS: Windows Version: XP Years in use: Three Past viruses: I've had minor trojans in the past (Probably like two or three) but none have done any real damage before getting deleted by Avast. Thanks again

It's spyware. It will get you to download things that will only make your computer worse. You say that your Anti-Malware software became corrupted?

System Restore, go back in time to about 2 weeks before all of this happened.
