So, I've tried everything mentioned on these forums, and I still can't record my songs from my speakers. I need a recorder to get my songs online. I use Mario Paint 2.0, default soundset. I only need the songs recorded (and they're pre-arranged ;D) so I'll add in title cards and stuff by myself. So, if you'd like to help and record my songs, I'd be very happy.
Thank you.

It's prolly his sound card. My computer has the same problem.
I've tried all prgms. None of them record audio.

oh, because mine used to not record sound and then I figured out that recording from speakers was disabled.
Anyway, I can record songs, but you'll have to edit them yourself. Oh, and I like full quality, so if your computer has low memory or crashes easily, tell me.

I have no problem doing the editing, I just need the recording part done. And my computer can handle the high quality. So, now I need some way to send you the .txt files. Also, if you don't have 2.0, I use that.

I have 2.0, and it will simplify the editing by about... a lot.
Anyway, just put the files in a .zip file, put them on rapidshare/mediafire, whichever is your preference, and PM me the URL.

hmmm... i don't know. You might want to ask someone to record the song for you, in that case.

Can someone tell me about a good video capture program? I need one that doesn't take up a lot of power. Growler Guncam would definitely fit the bill. The problem with most video capturing software is the limitation of the capture..and most likely they use their own compression algorithm, which sucks up much needed processing power. Not only can you capture raw, uncompressed video but you can load external compressors if you so desire. (the fast compression options work pretty well too imo) Only limitation is the 30 day trial or something until DEMO is stamped on the front, but that's why you time travel back from the future
