ATLUS (example: Shin Megami Tensei)
namco (example: Katamari)
Capcom (example: Street Fighter)
Edit: I'm kinda confused if you're trying to split it up by video game genre or publishers. I think keeping it consistent to one or the other would be better, and I'm kinda leaning toward publishers.

Sonic has been done to death. Something from Metal Gear Solid would be cool, but I may just be thinking that because I just finished that game.

I once wanted to do a medley of JRPG's with a maximum of 3 songs from the FF series (since it would be all FF songs if otherwise). I would still like to suggest it now, as I feel that a medley of Secret of Mana/Dragon Quest/SMT songs would be really great.
