If someone would finish early, would a willing sub be able to enter the composition and take over for the rest of the week? That way progress on the composition would still occur, and the schedule would still be maintained.

If people finish early then either the next person in line can do their part (Since it's always nice to be ahead of schedule) or yeah, a sub would be acceptable. Each sub has preferences though, so I'll need to stick to them. AC can't do anything before August 3rd. Bally wants to work with the Original SF. Rusty is on holiday during late August. |

Obviously, Electronica would be my weakest category, but I think it'd be interesting to give that a shot as well. Used to work in it a bit so I'd just have to re-familiarize myself. |

I REALLY miss your electronica works. I saw your most recent one (Still Nov 2009...) and I loved it. I'd be overjoyed to see some more electronica from you ^_^ Chances are, though, since Balloon wants original and we've already got Adolfo in electronica, you'll probably be in Mochi. We'll see, though. I can't confirm anything atm. |

Mochi would be great. Actually I don't think I want to be in Electronica, at least for this, so only Mochi or Original for me. I might look into doing some OCs in Electronica someday though for a change up. It's been a loooong time though, so I need to get familiar with the SF again. xD Probably wouldn't be able to in time for this community collab. |

Keep it up! We're almost to the third hard deadline, though the first two groups are already ahead by at least one person.
And by the sounds of all these, the compositions will turn out diverse, but great!

omg, I love the people in my group. I'm getting some great ideas form them! I have a lot of hope that this isn't just going to be some chaotic medley and that this will hopefully sound like a musical composition with no detectable transitions. lol |

Transistions are ALWAYS going to be detectable. Everyone has their own unique style, it's impossible to get them to sound the same.
However, I know what you mean - I hope each collab works well as a singular song rather than a medley. :3

I'm done with my part, and Rehd's about to begin. Balloon might be able to sub in for our group since he wanted original soundfont.
By the way, great start so far, guys -- Phazon, RC, and Jiggly! Jiggly, I ended up editing your penultimate file rather than the last one. I kept everything that you had save for the solo percussion exactly as written and just added a little more to get to your 6th file which I also kept exactly as written; hope that's OK. I'm really looking forward to hearing our finished composition as well as that of the other two groups; good luck to everyone following, and keep up the good work!
