I recently found an 8-Bit like soundfont for FL Studio (No, not YMCK's Magical 8-Bit) that is compatible with Viena, and I'm thinking about converting it into a soundfont for MPC like I did with the K.K. Slider soundfont. The only problem is that since it is 8-Bit, I don't know whether or not we can all accept a new NES soundfont, but if I succeed in converting it to MPC it would be far superior to AWPWR's NES soundfont by means of new sounds from channels 4 & 5 and higher quality waveforms.
So the questions now are: Should I go through with it, and will it be worth the time and patience to convert it?

Okay, I'll do it. It will take me a couple weeks to get it the way I want it, but don't fret. It will be worth it.

Well, I've never heard Phazon's 8-Bit soundfont. Someone send me a link. If it is better than the soundfont I'm trying to convert, then I will stop with the one I'm trying to make.

Then I will continue converting the soundfont for FL Studio. The sound quality may be 8-Bit, but it sounds more MSX or N106 than NES, but it is STILL true 8-Bit. The soundwaves used in it are:
Square Wave Triangle Wave Pulse Wave Sawtooth Wave Altered Square Wave White Noise (Channel 4 sounds) Lo-Bit Noise (Channel 5 sounds) etc.
I hope that may clear some things up.
