This is my first soundfont ever so its quite random. I didnt bother to make a video about it also because this is a test soundfont. Have fun with it Also, i made this without the tutorial's part 2 and 3 up on youtube so this is done with trial-and-error method but i got the hang of it!

I tested out your soundfont and it works pretty nicely but definitely needs improvements. Here is my complete thoughts on each instrument:

Mario- This one is pretty good. Could use a volume boost.
Star- This one is perfectly compatible and needs no further modifications.
Shroom- I'm digging the Mega drive drums
Yoshi- This one is surprisingly useful and interesting. Does not need improvement.
Flower- This one is good but also kinda meh.
Gameboy- I like this one. It improves upon the original without being somebody else's improvement.
Dog- I ABSOLUTELY DETEST THIS HARSH BUZZER IN MY EAR. Definitely needs major tweaking.
Cat- I like the tone, but it clashes too much with others. Consider tweaking or replacement.
Pig- This works pretty well. Needs volume boost.
Swan- It's nice but a tad bland. Needs volume boost.
Babyface This one is even worse than the dog! Needs a makeover, pronto!
Plane- Good choice in planes.
Boat- Once again, Mega drive stuff is awesome.
Car- KILL THE CAR! It is so off-key that it wreaks whatever song that it is found within. PLEASE!
Heart- This works very nicely.
Piranha plant- also works pretty well.
Coin- I like the tone, but the chord just wrecks everything else.
Shy guy- ditto.
Boo- This one works. Does not need improvement.

That's all I have to say about this one.

And one last thing: don't spam random smileys, especially when there's no particular reason.

This is meant to work with in conjunctio with the gameboy to create an echo effect (just like in AWPWR's nes soundfont)

Actually that was made just for that purpose - to be replaced completely

I will either raise it an octave higher or replace with the original soundfont's shyguy and tweak that a bit louder. This instrument is suppose to be synthstrings or something like that.

Actually this is NES noise channel's sound when pulse width is set to 1. Thats something AWPWR doesnt have!
But i will replace this completely also.

And if youre asking why coin and shyguy are out of tune, then they have to be because my new original composition requiers them to be that low. I might even tune it back in but at an octave lower than it should be. Also an easter-egg is present, what program would you need to see it?

As not to raise questions about it being V3, i didnt release the first version as it didnt differ much from V2 (some instruments didnt had high enough volume)

My thoughts on the latest version of PixelFont

Awesome instruments (No changes needed):
Yoshi - Very unique. Quite neat for happy songs.
Star - This is what all stars should be.
Pig - Really cool. Quite like this one.
Swan - Don't mind actually. Very useful sometimes.
- Really great.
Plane - Plain sick and effective.
Car - Coooooooooooooooool.
Heart - Like the yoshi, this one is unique.
Boo - Piano awesomeness.

Great instruments (Little tweaks needed):
Mario's head - Loved the fade and that. Need volume boost though.
Mushroom - Loved this one. Quite quiet at times though.
Flower - Load, but, nice touch.
Gameboy - Volume boost? Other than that, it's great.
Doggy - Hm.... I don't know. Dosn't fit well.
Cat - Great, but annoying at times.
Boat - Same as mushroom: Really nice, but quiet comparing to the others.

Uh.... instruments (Big changes/replacing needed)
Piranha plant - Half the notes are nothing. Hard to use.
Coin - The A note plays a C.
Shy guy - Meh. I rather the original shy guy though.

Overall, it's pretty damn good. I suck at making soundfonts, -_- so yea. Hopes this helps!
