Hmm... guess I can put down a few things here. Only gonna do stuff from series I've played and remember a considerable amount of stuff about.
Sonic series:
Best Sonic game: Sonic 3 & Knuckles
Worst Sonic game: Secret Rings (never played '06, so can't say that).
Best male character: Knuckles (he's got dreads, for christ sake)
Worst male character: Big ('nuff said)
Best female character: none.
Worst female character: they all suck.
Best piece of music: What I'm Made Of
Most overrated game: Sonic CD (still a great game, though)

Best Villain: Dr. Weil (he's a guy the player can genuinely hate for his actions, so he wins Best Villain. Notable mention goes to Omega for being a badass, but he was being used by Weil, so I guess he doesn't count.)
Worst Villain: Elpizo (he dressed like a fag and was an easy final boss fight)
Best Boss fight: Copy X Mk. II
Worst Boss fight: Devilbat Schilt (I go after him first in Z3 all the time and he's too difficult without the Ice chip)
Best piece of music: Tie between Cannon Ball (Z3), Esperanto (Z4) and Falling Down (Z4).
Most overrated MMZ game: they're all good.
Mega Man ZX series:
Best MMZX game: there's only two, but I prefer ZX Advent for the gameplay.
Worst: N/A, they're both good.
Best male character: Giro, then Vent
Worst male character: Grey (too cliche of a story, honestly)
Best female character: Ashe (she's a badass, shut up)
