I hope this lasts for at least a week... Anyways, I want to know if any of you have ever heard of "X" game and if so if you have played it, and thought about it. Since I know that there are a lot of quality games in existence that we probably have never even heard of, or played. I for one had never heard of Jet Force Gemini before joining here. *hides* So to start off, have any of you guys heard of the game: Magic Pengel for the PS2? *Perhaps I should explain what this game is to those who have not heard of it...

Nope, I can't say I have! Is it good? Heard of Nightmare Creatures for the PS1? Great game. Pretty scary!... For a playstation 1 game, that is...

Pengel is a fairly good game. It has a pretty generic story though, "save the kingdom, fight evil entitiy" but what truly makes it unique is the ability to create your own "doodles" (is what they're called). You can create almost anything you want, but you have to have some steady control over the joystick.
The sequel Graffiti Kingdom is even more in depth in terms of creation. Example: Many people have created amazing "doodles" (if that's what they're called still since I don't have the sequel) such as Sora from Kingdom Hearts, sans keyblade.
And no I have not heard of Nightmare Creatures, sounds like a horror genre from the title alone.

Wow sounds pretty cool! Reminds me a bit of Drawn to life on DS and a bit of LittleBigPlanet for PS3. Nightmare creatures is, yeah, sort of a horror game, but its not really super scary or gory. Its set in victorian times, In london. Some mad scientist has created all these zombie-ish things, which you have to go around killing... Some are really huge and hard to kill, which is why i havn't got very far in the game. I guess later on you probably try to kill the guy who's creating them, but i really have no idea! Seeing as i play(ed) it on the PS2, I couldn't save my game, which obviously doesn't help...

Please tell me someone's heard of/enjoyed playing Viewtiful Joe. I know the sequels were kinda lame but the first one was undeniably kickawesome.

I have heard of Viewtiful Joe, but never got to play it. I heard it was indeed awesome though from my friend who had played it.
Now I know people have heard of the .Hack series, but has anyone played the games to it: //IMOQ or //G.U.?
