Here is the download link for the current release of MPC Tools: Download v1.0(Be sure to save it to disk before running.) You MUST have .NET Framework 2.0 or higher. The program does not have to be in the same directory as MPC; it can be run from any directory as long as it has read-write access, including hard disks, USB flash drives, memory cards, floppy disks, and Live File System (not mastered) CDs/DVDs. Currently, the program can only do one thing: Manage SoundFonts. Just follow the in-program instructions and you should be good to go. You all are my beta testers! Be sure to report any bugs you find. (I really hope there are no dreaded directory errors, as I have not tested this program on Windows XP, which handles the .NET Framework differently.) If anyone is willing to provide an error-free translation into another language, I'd love to know about it. That means that it must include all necessary accents and marks, preferably using the same terminology as Windows. Two examples are the File Menu (" Archivo" in Spanish) and Tools (" Herramientas" in Spanish). Bugs- You need to select the directory twice on the first run. - On directory change, the program cannot detect which SoundFont is in use. Languages- American English

Make it three because it delivers exactly what I thought it would! Works beautifully, no errors!
Bit of a side note, I got confused a small mount with the setup.
EDIT: Tools? Are you thinking of expanding it?

Yeah, I am thinking about adding features! If anybody has any ideas that wouldn't be too hard to implement, I'd love to hear them!
I'm thinking about adding some MarioSequencer and Advanced Mario Sequencer features, and possibly a save state manager for Mario Paint SNES. Or maybe a printer for MPC that gives you something like sheet music.

Would you be able to make MPC Tools manage MPC text files and make the program change the songlist and arrangement list accordingly? yeah a text file manager would be awesome too! and how did you program this? C++? one last thing, since you made this pretty much flawlessly, maybe you could try making a mpc soundfont editor. you'd just input the .wavs and it would make the .sf2 with presets for composer. This sounds REALLY hard, so it's just an idea

(I haven't upgraded to 2008 yet.) Creating a SoundFont isn't necessarily as easy as importing wave audio files. You still have to fine-tune some settings before it works to your liking.

I had to deal with someone recently who definitely wouldn't get a cookie, because even after I gave him complete directions on how to use this thing, he still managed to delete all his SoundFonts, all while continuously asking why the boxes at the bottom are grayed out.
