One of the best stand alone games of all time IMO.
If you need help with anything in the game (because I know a lot of people here are now playing it ) or if you just want to discuss something about it, this is the thread for it.

Love the game, I have it for the PS2. The hardest part was getting all 99 beads, two of which made me tear my hair out trying to get them, they were so annoying. It was worth it though on the second play through when I breezed through all enemies ;D.

What's interesting is that Naruto has a lot of familiar names from this game in the manga when I read it.

This game is absolutely AMAZING!

The story, the graphics, the characters, the gameplay, the music, the humor, and the entire boss selection is magnificent!

I love it but wish the developers implemented the motion controls better, especially for the attacks and stuff

You do realize that this game was originally released on PS2 about a year before the Wii release.

They probably couldn't make it more motion specific without ruining the game.

You do realize that this game was originally released on PS2 about a year before the Wii release.

They probably couldn't make it more motion specific without ruining the game.

Well, I LOVED the motion controls. It's pretty much exactly the same as Super Mario Galaxy (swing the Wii remote to do a normal attack), but when you hold B, you can start drawing with A. I never had any problems with it and it's not like you're being asked to draw anything detailed. (Well there's this one sidequest...)

The PS2 seems better for normal gameplay, the but the Wii makes the drawing much quicker and funner, imo.

Motion controls are slightly awkward at first, mainly when attacking.

However you get used to it fairly quickly and it doesn't detract much from the game play. Using the Wii Remote to draw is much better than using the analog sticks.

I'd definitely recommend the Wii version.

The only problem I have with the Wii version is the nunchuck-dodging move. I forget what it's called.

It's pointless. Don't learn it. XD

But once you get used to drawing with the Wii remote, it's much easier than the PS2, IMO. And the game is too epic not to buy.
