So to get this to work, this is what needs to go down: -I need a partner interviewer willing to take on the job. The interviewer needs to be consistent, and wkilling to keep this thing rolling. I would love for the interviewer to be a mod/admin, but a well-established member would work too. -I need you guys to vote on who the first interviewee should be. I guess vote like you would for rate the composer. Five points, allocate them however you like. Screw this. The interviewer can pick I guess  -I have no idea if I want to be part of this or if I just want to outsource my idea to two other people that'll be more into the whole thing. Regardless of that though, we need to discuss how we're going to go about conducting these interviews. If you have any suggestions post them here, the rest is for the interview team to work out. So yeah. Help me out here |

I would like to be an interviewer. It's summer, and I really don't do all that much right now. I'm on here and chatzy a lot, so yeah. Therefore, I'll be able to keep this thing active.

I heard that Sandrew's a pretty cool guy. He's the best at getting interviewed and doesn't afraid of anything.

Hmm... if you can't find who you're looking for, I think selecting both Youne and Rehd would be a good idea. The two can collaborate on questions, and do a joint interview of sorts. I'm sure the both of them can think of very good questions, and together you'll have the experience, and passion you need.  |

To improve my chances, I'll do some stuff: I always enjoy reading/watching interviews on many video game communities, including Smogon and OCRemix, so I know some stuff. Plus I'm a well-established member and all. |

This sounds like a great idea ;D there's not much to suggest that's already been mentioned (Like joint interviews, I think Rehd and Youne would be great, but you could always have more interviewers if you need 'em).
Hope this gets tried out soon, seems interesting.

I've decided to go woth the joint interview team of Rehd and Youne. I'll be PMing them, and hopefully they'll have their first interview up soon EDIT: I've also decided to make AZ a substitute. |
